Refund policy

We want you to enjoy our religious-themed products and be confident when ordering from us. Our 3D printed products fall into two categories — PLA Filament Pre-Printed Items and ABS Filament Custom-Made Items — and our return rules differ for each.


PLA Filament Pre-Printed Items

These items are already made before your order and are not custom-printed. You may optionally select painting after placing your order.

a. Returns & Exchanges (Unpainted)

  • You may return unpainted PLA items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

b. Returns & Exchanges (Store-painted)

  • If you choose our painting service, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items (with proof provided within 7 days of delivery).
  • Minor color or texture variations are normal in hand-painting and are not considered defects.

ABS Filament Custom-Made Items

These items are printed to order through a third-party service specifically for you. You may choose to paint them yourself after receiving the order.

a. Custom Order Policy

  • Because ABS prints are made specifically for you, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing issues, or customer preference.

b. Defects & Shipping Damage

  • If your ABS print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reprint or refund.

c. Customer-Painted Items

  • We cannot accept returns of ABS items once they have been painted or altered by the customer.

 General Guidelines 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Initiating a Return: Email gongora.enterprises@yahoo.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos.
  • Processing Time: We aim to review and respond within 2-5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
