We specialize in unique religious-themed 3D printed products crafted with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days
• Store-painted PLA items may require an additional day for processing for a total of 4-6 business days.
• ABS 3D prints are printed on a print-on-demand basis and have a processing time of up to 4 weeks. 
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or other carrier depending on package size and weight.
• Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
• Other: 3-6 business days (ABS 3D Prints)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We take great care in packaging your items securely.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
